Overview
Dr Nadine Haberfeld is an empathic and passionate alternative medicine doctor based in Johannesburg. She began her medical career in emergency medicine before branching into alternative medicine and aesthetics.
Dr Nadine graduated with a medical degree (MBBCh) from the University of Witwatersrand in 2007 and went on to serve her medical internship and community service at Tambo Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department. Over the years, she has gained training and experience in various causality departments, earning her certification in advanced life support for trauma, paediatrics, and cardiovascular emergencies.
Dr Nadine spent seven years in clinical trial research, particularly for Alzheimer's and Osteoporosis management. She is, therefore, familiar with many conservative medical treatments and drug trials.
She also served as a part-time medical officer for Discovery Group Life, where she was involved with disability assessments for claims and underwriting of risk and training assessors on relevant medical topics.
As part of her approach to alternative medicine, Dr Nadine uses applied kinesiology and the Medical Medium philosophy to treat and manage various chronic conditions. This involves the use of natural supplements, diet and lifestyle practices to support and speed up the healing process.
