Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder characterised by difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. The condition may be temporary or persistent. It may also be transitory. Acute insomnia can last between one night and a few weeks. At least three nights per week and at least three months of insomnia are classified as chronic insomnia. Insomnia can diminish your energy and disposition, health, job performance, and quality of life.
